  • 'Introduction to E&D', helping managers to manage new expectations and standards.

  • Employment Law for Managers. Designed to remind managers, as well as HR practitioners, of fair employment law affecting their work, and to bring them up to date with latest developments.

  • Harassment and bullying in the workplace - workshops for line managers / workforce representatives / in-house arbitrators

 Kingshill sessions are always designed to be:

  • Interactive designed to remind managers, as well as HR practitioners, of the fair employment law affecting their work, and to bring them up to date with the changes in related legislation (as noted above).

  • Practical not a lecture, and never an attempt to turn managers into 'law experts'!

  • Specifically for each client  - to take into account policies, working environment, and the  business context.
